I swear this is my first proper outfit post ever? Exciting! I wanted to share an outfit with you all that is perfect for the current end of Winter / start of Spring transitional period that we’re now in.
I bought this grey roll neck from Zara in Kaunas, Lithuania when I was there last weekend visiting my family. It was in the sale for something like €7 which is probably around the £5/£6 mark which is amazing for Zara and amazing for such a high quality and on trend key piece. It’s very similar to my other grey roll neck from Zara (featured here) which is more of a salt and pepper colour, though this feels slightly lighter when worn. Since it’s light and thin, it doesn’t look chunky but it still keeps you nice and warm, which is why it works perfectly for this transitional time of year.
This pink Forever 21 coat is so beautiful. The pastel pink tone adds colour to an otherwise monochromatic outfit and pastel colours are ideal for Spring time. The coat itself is lightweight which, again, is something that keeps you warm without being bulky. I can already tell that this coat is going to be a wardrobe staple for me over the coming months because it’s so fitting for Spring and is very versatile, working with almost any outfit. I featured it in my London Haul video over on my YouTube, I got it half price, reduced from £34 down to £17, which is an absolute bargain.
I paired these two with my black Joni jeans, they are my favourite jeans in the world and go with absolutely anything, and my grey River Island boots, that I wear almost everyday throughout Autumn, Winter and Spring.
I hope you’ve all gotten some ~outfit inspo~ from this post to help you start to build your SS16 wardrobe as we approach March and the start of the Spring season. I know that this is going to be an outfit I wear a lot over the coming months.
What are your Spring style staples?
