First Impressions: Zoeva Brushes

So I apologise for the super late in the evening post but we’ve not had Internet today and my dad’s had to come home and plug the laptop into one of those Internet boxes that you have to be plugged into in order to get Internet. Hello? It’s 2015. Why is this happening. Anyway, I’m going to do a very short first impressions on the two Zoeva brushes that arrived on Saturday. They’re my first Zoeva brushes and I finally had enough money to justify getting the two I’ve always wanted so I got them!

ZOEVA 109 FACE PAINT BRUSH

This is a dream to contour with! I’ve wanted this brush for so long so that my contour could be on fleek and it definitely is! Both brushes are extremely soft and feel like a dream on my face, this one even more so because it’s bigger. It’s the perfect shape to fit in the hollows of my cheeks so I can carve myself out some Emily Ratajkowski killer cheekbones. You’d think that the shape of the brush would give the bronzer a harsh line when it’s on the skin but it’s also great at blending the line out and making your contour look natural. This brush has completely lived up to all of the expectations that I had of it prior to getting it! It’s a must for anyone who lusts after having the coveted contour look. Get it on BeautyBay here.

ZOEVA 228 LUXE CREASE BRUSH

This made my eyeshadow look amazing. I used it for the first time today with my usual eyeshadow colour combination and it made the whole look ten times better than usual. It’s much better than my Real Techniques Deluxe Crease Brush, it’s a lot softer and it blends my crease colour with my lid colour so that my eyeshadow doesn’t look harsh. I get much better precision in the crease with this brush too, it’s such a staple eye makeup brush to have! Get it on BeautyBay here.

Do you have any Zoeva brushes? What do you think of them?
